Red Monochrome

Happy hump day loves! Hope you had a great weekend. The weekend went by super fast for me. On Saturday, I went out for brunch then later to dinner and drinks with a friend. Always good times when food is involved. 

For this outfit, I went completely monochromatic red, even with my lips. I added a faux fur stole for chicness. Stoles can make any outfit look polished, whether dressed up or for a more casual look. I have stocked on on faux furs stoles and scarfs this season. So, you'll definitely be seeing a lot more of this look.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Hello Everyone! How was your Christmas? Hope you were able to spend it with your loved ones. Mines was great, I spent the day at my parent's house and ate like a horse. Yesterday was my last day at work till the New Year. I can't believe 2014 will be here in a couple of days. I am super excited to see what the new year has in store for me.

Winter is over (well not officially) and I must say I am super thrilled! Although I love layering, pretty coats, and hot boots in the winter, spring is my absolute favorite season. I've had this faux fur vest in my closet for several months and was secretly hoping it would get a little chilly again so I could wear it. My prayers were answered when the temperature dipped last weekend. I pulled it out, snatched the tags off and headed out to town with a friend.
