Happy Monday friends! I'm starting my work week off with a khaki monochrome look. One of the many things I love about monochromatic looks is that you can play with various shades of the same color. I normally love pairing my khaki looks with leopard pumps but today I opted for a black heels.

When the weather changes, I tend to lean towards a lot of knitwear not only because its easy to throw on but its also comfortable and versatile. It can be dressed up for work with pants or pencil skirt or casually as depicted in this post with OTK (over the knee) boots.

I love monochrome looks especially burgundies and olives for Fall. No matter the color, you always look put together and chic. Today's work style embodies my love for burgundy hues. Well tailored pants are definitely a necessity for a polish work look and Banana Republic has several options; whether its ankle, wide or straight leg, you'll find one that fits your personal style. I paired a different burgundy hue top with my pants and completed with neutral accessories.
