Hello Everyone! How was your Christmas? Hope you were able to spend it with your loved ones. Mines was great, I spent the day at my parent's house and ate like a horse. Yesterday was my last day at work till the New Year. I can't believe 2014 will be here in a couple of days. I am super excited to see what the new year has in store for me.

Berry Black

Hello everyone! Hope you had a great weekend and was able to complete your Holiday shopping. I am completely done with mines because most of my Christmas shopping was done online, as I dislike going to the mall (especially around this time of the year).

My love for full skirts continues in this post. I had my eye on this skirt for months, but was sold out in my size. During Asos black Friday sale, it became available in my size with additional 30% off. It was definitely a sign from above that I should purchase it! No?!. The weather was beautiful this weekend so I paired it with a sheer sleeve blouse from Forever 21 and completed the look with my Gucci Noah pumps and my Clare Vivier leopard clutch

Merry Christmas, See you in a couple of days :-)

Prints and Graphics

Hello! Hope you had a great weekend. I attended a friend's bridal shower on Saturday and spent most of the day in doors after church on Sunday.

For this outfit, I paired a graphic Zara T-Shirt with this blue printed Topshop skirt. I love the simplicity yet chicness of this T-shirt. I kept my accessories and colors to a minimal to tone down the busy prints on the skirt. I finished the outfit with a blue clutch to compliment the colors in the skirt and black pumps.

Blue Plaid

Hello! Hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend as well as took advantage of the black Friday and cyber Monday sales. I had an early thanksgiving dinner with my family on thursday and headed to a women's retreat from thursday night to saturday. My church usually have this retreat on thanksgiving weekend because it the only weekend where most people have an extended weekend. Although it was an inconvenience, I made the effort to attend and did not regret my decision.

I have loved plaid for years and wore it faithfully during my undergraduate years. Although it is currently trending this season, I think it is a timeless piece that I will be wearing for many more years to come. For this outfit, I wanted to play with the different shades of blue in the shirt. I paired it with a sexy yet chic pencil skirt with a side slit.
