Hi guys! Hope you had a great weekend. I went to a paint and sip night with a girlfriend and unleashed my inner Picasso. I was surprised how my instructor made it easy to complete my safari painting. I love it so much I'm honestly considering hanging it in my apartment. One thing I was disappointed with was the horrible and cheaply tasting wine. I instantly got an headache after one  sip. Although I'm not much of a drinker, I needed to satisfy my craving so I drank my own two glasses when I arrived back home in the night!

Mix Berry

Hello everyone! Hope you had a great and safe holiday. My new year's eve was spent turning up (with God of course). I normally attend church service new year's eve and 2014 was no different. I am slowly adjusting to heading back to work, as this is my first week back to work after a well needed ten days off. 

Continuing my love for burgundy, I decided to play with burgundy hues. I paired two shades of burgundy and completed my outfit with my favorite nude pumps and a camel coat to compliment the entire look. After putting this outfit together in my head, I was a little nervous after taking the pictures. However, after looking through tons of the images, I was happy with the outcome. After all the exciting thing about fashion is stepping out of your comfort zone.

Hey beauties! Hope you are having a great work week and completing your last minute shopping. I was able to finish my Christmas shopping yesterday and luckily made it out of the mall alive since I've expressed my extreme hatred towards shopping in the mall. Today will be my last day at work till the new year and I'm super excited to sleep in till 1pm (just kidding lol). I will also be visiting a couple of families to give out toys, clothes, and food for the holiday. I'm very excited about that experience.

Sleeveless Coat

I have fallen in love with this sleeveless coat. Not because its one of my go-to colors, but its distinct and actually comes with detachable sleeves for cooler temperatures. I have worn it several times with almost everything, from cropped pants to skirts. For this outfit, I went  with a black and tan color scheme. I added a corded necklace as another statement piece.

Animal Instinct

 

Hi guys! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. My weekend was pretty relaxing; I attended swimming classes in the morning with the boyfriend and did a little shopping later in the day. I scorn at the thought of in-store shopping on the weekends. Standing in long lines, scuffling through clothes, and rubbing shoulders/elbow  with other shoppers are definitely  personal vexations of mine. Although a majority of my clothes are purchased online, I normally only do in-store shopping when I know a store has  an item I want that is sold out online. That was the case last weekend. I fortunately snagged the last pair of the item I was looking for but ended buying other things I needed wanted.
