Staying Warm

One of the ways I like to stay warm yet stylish in the fall and cold winter months is with chunky sweaters. This Chicwish sweater has been one of favorites since making its way to my home. I love the double slit on the side and most of all how comfortable it is. For brunch, I paired it with white ankle pants and beige pumps which went perfectly with by bag and coat.

Khaki and Yellow Mix

I hope your week is going well so far. My favorite type of weekend is when I have no plans to go out.  That is exactly how my upcoming weekend will be. I hope to finally finish unpacking and organize my new place. After that, I plan on kicking my feet up and catch up on my readings.

Check Mate

Hi friends! Happy new month. When November arrives I know the year is coming to an end, as the holidays season approaches. Unlike most of my friends, I'm not a huge holiday fan. I do enjoy spending time with my loved ones, holiday parties/events and of course the food.  Don't get me wrong, I'm far from a grinch but, I have never been into decorating and all that comes along with it. I'm sure that will change once I have children, as I will be forced to love it.

Today's work style is simple yet chic. With a blue and white theme in mind, I paired my windowpane pants with a white turtleneck and blue blazer, which perfectly matches the blue in the pants. I added a statement necklace for a more dynamic look. The necklace can definitely be taken off in the if deemed inappropriate for your work setting.
